STYLE SNAG: TAYLOR SWIFT

Just like her music, country sweetheart turned pop diva Taylor Swift has undergone a massive style reboot. Since the last time we snagged her style, Taylor has ditched her preppy hipster ensembles for a vintage and retro look. Like something straight from a 1950s catwalk, her outfits are dominated by floral prints, polka dots, A-line cuts and shoes  cute to boot!
Fortunately, looking like a vintage pinup doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg. In this post, we’ve recreated one of Taylor’s looks for under $30!!

The first rule in Dressing Vintage 101 is florals and polka dots are your best friends! These timeless prints are the key to retro glamour. We managed to pick up ours for $10, a very small fraction of what Taylor’s would set you back.

Now onto shoes. Let’s be honest, we aren’t seasoned runway models, so we can be forgiven for being less then graceful in heels (right?!). But there’s no doubt that Taylor loves them, and she clearly has the runway walk down pat. For those, like us who prefer more comfy foot attire without compromising style, opt for a pair of flat loafers.

Go the extra mile and curl your locks, and smack on the reddest lippie you own for a true vintage look with a T Swizzle twist!

DRESS: Dotti / LOAFERS: Valleygirl / EARRINGS: Lovisa
