With the press embargo until today, we have been sitting on these products for the last few weeks, itching to spill all the beans on Lush’s 2015 Christmas Collection. With the smell of festive spices and vanilla occupying every corner of our house, it’s been a challenge to keep our lips sealed, but today we can breathe a sigh of relief. So enough with the rambling…

This year, Lush HQ have gone above and beyond. There are some familiar faces, but there are also a bunch of new innovations that will leave you ooing and ahhing. We walked away with a handful of goodies to try out from the collection, but these are some of our favourites…

The questionable name aside, Peeping Santa* is one bubble bar anyone would be delighted to find in their stocking. Crumbled under running water, the Fair Trade organic cocoa butter and softening shea butter make for a rich, creamy and luxurious bath.

If there is one thing Lush knows how to do, it’s make unlikely pairings work. Lord of Misrule* shower cream contains a smorgasbord of herbal ingredients including patchouli, peppercorn and black pepper that will leave you feeling refreshed.

This Christmas, all you need is faith, trust and a little Fairy Dust*. The sweet sparkling powder can be dusted over your skin after moisturising for a magical sheen. We personally like to use the dusting powder as a highlight, tapping a teenie bit onto the top of our cheeks and cupid’s bow.

Holly Go Lightly* bubble bar is our firm favourite from the collection. The spicy cinnamon and clove makes it the ultimate treat to get you into the Christmas spirit. Even Scrooge would be singing a carol or two after bathing in a hot tub of this! Not only does it smell of Christmas, but the bubble bar contains several skin friendly ingredients including Organic Illipe Butter too soften the skin.

The Lush Christmas Collection will be available in stores nationwide from 8th October and on the Lush website in early October.

Will you be picking anything up from the collection?
