MUM’S THE WORD | LUSH REVIEW

It’s time to spoil your mum by turning your bathroom into your own luxurious spa retreat and showering her with sweet treats.

It’s finally that time of year again. When we can finally shine the spotlight on the most important women in our lives, and as they do annually, Lush has made pampering mum a whole lot easier with their limited edition Mother’s Day range.

Lush is celebrated for their bath bombs by beauty bloggers and vloggers alike, and for good reason. The Mother’s Day range includes 2 bath bombs-  Mum* and Ups-a-daisy*, both naked (packaging-free), made with ethically sourced products and guaranteed to get your senses dancing. Mum would have to be our pick of the two. Enriched with a blend of Sicilian lemon and sweet orange oils, mumma bear will be able to enjoy a light, refreshing soak, and step out of the tub with sweet, supple skin.

Meet scrubee*– a body butter/buffer made with honey and cocoa butter to hydrate and soothe skin. The addition of ground almonds also polishes the skin perfect for a gentle daily exfoliation.

Other exciting products featured in the Lush Mother’s Day range include Yummy Mummy*, one of our top picks from last year’s collection. Our skin, particularly around our shoulders have been feeling and looking just short of the Sahara desert since it’s been getting colder. With body moistursising slipping off our daily routine (it’s just too darn cold), we’ve been loving the idea of a hydrating shower cream which can be used while standing in a warm shower!! The coconut butter-based shower cream is a dream, soothing and conditioning the skin at the same time.

The Mother’s Day range will be available in Lush stores and online until 14th May 2017.
