BARRY M RANDIANT ROD HIGHLIGHTER STROBING CRAYON | REVIEW

With a stunning formula, decent longevity and clever packaging, Barry M’s Radiant Rod Highlighter Strobing Crayon will make your “glow from within” dreams come true.

Having had our fair share of  Vitamins D and Sea, our skin has been on the parched side, so we’ve particularly appreciated the addition of cream products into our makeup. We’ve been experimenting with a number of cream, liquid and mousse highlighters, but Radiant Rod has definitely proven to be the cream of the crop. If you’re fond of the soft and natural dewy look but sceptical of looking oily or like you’ve fallen face first into a tub of glitter , this baby has your name written all over it. The warm champagne hue is universally flattering and the slight hints of gold glitter blend smoothly for a natural radiance and glow. Available in Big W stores across Australia, the convenient crayon packaging is also a big reason why this  baby comes up trumps. Get excited ladies and gents, because there’s no contouring or strobing know-how needed. Swipe and blend…it’s as simple as that. For a high sheen but subtle finish, swipe and blend the crayon across your cheek and brow bones, down the bridge of your nose and just above your cupid’s bow. If you want to add an extra perk to your complexion, this glow-giver can easily be built up to be more of a “look-at-me-highlighter”. Just be a little more generous and apply a few swipes of the crayon before patting in the product to make you glow beautifully in a dimly lit room.

If we could look into our magic makeup crystal ball, we reckon we’d see this featuring in many face of the days to come!
