Buckle up because over the next few days, we’ll be sharing with you a bunch of Christmas gift ideas. Starting off our Christmas bonanza is a round up of our favourite bath bombs from Lush’s holiday collection.
Lush’s Christmas range needs no introduction. Year after year, the little elves at Lush HQ always seem to come up with the most magical products, and this festive season is no different. We could write all day about the entire range, but today we’ve selected just a handful of our favourite bath bombs from the Christmas collection as we know they are the most popular amongst Lushies. Here goes…
Christmas Penguin* | Perhaps one of the cutest bath bombs from the range, this birdie is fresh and citrusy. Crumbling this little guy under a warm running tap will flood your bathroom with the scent of Sicilian lemon and mandarin oil.
Golden Wonder* | Lush have brought back the gift box shaped bath bomb, and boy are we glad they did! As the saying goes, “good things come in small packages”. Dropping the bath bomb into the tub releases a rainbow of colours, even Scrooge would have a hard time suppressing a squeal of excitement. If you’re looking for a gift for someone who isn’t so keen on sickly sweet scents, this is perfect. The explosion of colours when dissolving the gift box also makes it a good choice for little kiddies.
Autumn Leaf* | With Japanese Maple Sap and Sandalwood Oil, this bath bomb reminds us of freshly cut grass. The appropriately named product is a great option if your’e looking for something for that special man in your life. The scent is less feminine and florally, but there is something quite comforting and cosy about this one.
Mistletoe* | We can’t say or hear the word Mistletoe without breaking into JB’s song. Just like Bieb’s catchy song, the sweet Jasmine makes it hard to say no to Mistletoe. A good choice for fellas after something for their missus, the Vetivert Oil infused bath bomb will make for a romantic stocking filler.
Candy Mountain* | This was one of our favourites from last year’s Christmas range. Back for another year, this sweet and creamy bath bar can be divided to use multiple times. Beware that the Vanilla Absolute is quite sweet, while we personally aren’t fussed, if the person you’ve got in mind is not a fan of candy sweet scents, you might want to stir clear of this one.
Tisty Tosty* | This is not part of the Christmas range, but it is one of the products found in the Two Turtle Doves Gift Set. This pretty heart shaped bath bomb smells like a fresh bouquet of flowers. The rose oil, Jasmine, Geranium and Rose make for a zen bath. If we were to pick out a bath bomb to pop into our mum’s stocking, this would be our pick.
So, that’s that! If you would like a round up of our picks from the rest of the Lush Christmas collection, let us know in the comments. Tune in tomorrow for more Christmas gift ideas.
