A lipstick a day keeps the doctor away”. That’s how the saying should go. A slick of lipstick whether it be bright and bold, neutral and warm, plumy shade always manages to perk us up.

Last week, we went a little colour crazy when reaching for our lipstick drawer.

Monday | Revlon Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya

As you can see, this lipstick is well loved. The  coral lip butter is our go to when we want a little something on our lips, but aren’t keen on anything too loud.

Tuesday | Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick in 05

The formulation of all the Lasting Finish lipsticks are on point. They’re moistursing and comfortable to wear. This one has to be our favourite from the Nude Collection. For swatches and a full review read our post.

Thursday | *Arbonne Smoothed Over Lipstick in Currant

If we’re in the mood for a classic red, then this is the one we reach for. It’s pigmented as heck and won’t budge once it’s on. Read our full thoughts here.

Saturday | Maybelline Color Sensational in Coral Pop

While the Revlon Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya is more subtle, this one is a brighter take on the well loved coral lip. True to its name, it is guaranteed to add a much needed pop to any look.

Sunday | Innoxa Couleurs d’ete Summer Matte Lipstick in Fuschia

We have to admit, we weren’t sure about this one when we first picked it up. Purple and lipstick were never words we’d imagine go together, but somehow it works.See what it looks like on here.

So there you go! That’s our week in lipsticks. Let us know what lipsticks you wore this week.
