5 INGREDIENT HEALTHY COLESLAW DRESSING

When we think summer we think sun, mosquitoes, bbqs and creamy coleslaw. Today we bring you a an easy peasy healthy twist on the traditional, mayo based salad. 

Once the mercury starts to rise, the last thing we want to do is spend the day in the kitchen. No-fuss dishes are our jam so this 5 ingredient coleslaw dressing recipe will be a regular on our summer menu. As well as your coleslaw staple- cabbage, we also added a few other vegies to our salad base. Some dijon mustard would have added a nice kick, but unfortunately we were all out.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
 
Preparation
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, mixing until the dressing is smooth and thoroughly combined
2. Pour the coleslaw dressing over your salad. Add as much or little dressing as you like
3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
4. Dig in!
